What is included
- All your accommodation, transport, a bunch of meals and activities are included in our package pricing.
What is not included
- International flights to or from our destinations, any additional meals or drinks not included in the itinerary, travel insurance or visa fees
Payments
- You can purchase any of our packages with a 30% initial deposit and pay the rest in instalments as you wish 21 days prior to your departure date.
- Any packages purchase within 21 days of your departure date needs to be paid in full
- Things happened and some time you need to change plans. if you are unable to travel for any reason you can move your date to any date in the future. If you can tell us your change of plans 21 days prior to your departure date, we can do these changes for free of charge. If it’s within the 21days period, there will be a $250 administration fee apply. Additional charges may apply depending on your destination of the travel and notice given
Flights
- Flights to and from the destination are not included in the price of the trip, but trips do include all your accommodation, loads of amazing activities, bunch of meals and transport including airport pickup and drop offs.
- Travel insure is compulsory for all our tour trips.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insure is compulsory for all our tour trips.
Visa
Travellers can obtain an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) easily by vising www.eta.gov.lk or www.eta-srilankatravel.com
- This arrangement (ETA) is available for all nationals except the passport holders of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Syria, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Myanmar, Nepal, and North Korea.
- If you are unable to organise an ETA online, you can obtain this on arrival however we strongly recommend you organise this prior to your departure to avoid any delays in the airport at arrival.
